Booking Details

• Prices are based on 2 adults - nightly charge of £15 for additional adults and £10 for children (2 & under free)

• Minimum stays: 2 nights midweek and 2 or 3 night weekend - check-in days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday

• Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10.30am

• A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the final balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Get in touch if you would like to pay the balance in instalments (no extra charge). Check Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.

• Weekend stays - No need to rush off early on Sunday morning. Even 2 night weekend stays are booked until Monday morning so you can make the most of your weekend.

• We ask for a £100 damages and cleaning deposit for bookings of 2 or more units or with 3 or more adults in a unit, which is refundable and charged with the final balance

• Gift Vouchers available for any amount - give the gift of a relaxing Norfolk glamping holiday. Contact Kate

• We do not accept bookings for large single sex groups such as hen and stag do’s. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements before booking.

• We do not accept pets at Round the Woods and we are a dog-free site

• We recommend all guests have travel insurance to cover for unforeseen eventualities.
